Cars IN VIEW OF SAFETY A SPEED LIMIT OF 5 M.P.H MUST BE OBSERVED THROUGHOUT THE PARK. No parking of commercial vehicles, boats or motor caravans. No learner drivers.
Bicycles CYCLING AROUND THE PARK IS NOT PERMITTED. The use of skateboards, roller skates, etc is also not allowed.
Children Children must be supervised at all times, and not allowed to play around the caravans or in any of the open streams on the park. Children must play in the North West field away from the caravans.
Dogs DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE PARK UNLESS KEPT ON A SHORT LEASH AT ALL TIMES.
Refuse Refuse bags must not be left outside the caravan. Household refuse only may be disposed of in the Park bins, all other large or electrical items must be taken off site.
Clothes Washing is only to be hung out to dry on clothes lines provided, and not left longer than necessary. Washing is not to be hung out round the caravans on lines or window drying racks.
T.V. & Radios T.V. and Radios must be kept at a volume so as not to be heard by your neighbours.
Hose Pipes Hose pipes are forbidden for washing cars and caravans.
General Appearance The outside of the caravan must not be changed in any way. All caravans are to be kept clean and in good condition to help maintain the high standard of the Park. The under part of the caravan must be kept free from any form of storage. No tarpaulins, sacks, or unsightly covers allowed over tow-bars, wheels or gas cylinders. No gazebos or similar structures may be erected on the Park.
Barbeques Barbeques are acceptable but care and consideration must be given to neighbours regarding safety, smoke and noise.
Fire Protection ALL CARAVANS MUST BE FITTED WITH A 2LB. MINIMUM CAPACITY DRY POWDER FIRE EXTINGUISHER. (Complying with the British Standard.) Extinguishers should be sited near the door. Extinguishers containing vaporizing liquids should not be used
Gas We supply bottled gas between the hours of 9am and 5pm. ALL GAS MUST BE PAID FOR ON DELIVERY.
Endeavors We endeavor to set a high standard and ask for your co-operation in this aim. Persons who fail to observe the rules make themselves a nuisance will be required to leave the Park.
Mains ELECTRICITY, WATER, GAS, MUST BE TURNED OFF AT MAINS WHEN THE CARAVAN IS VACATED FOR MORE THAN 24 HOURS.
