You will need to switch on or off the Gas, Water, Electric and the fridge. Here’s how:

Gas

There are two cylinders, one is LIVE the other is back up. 

The one with the red bungee around it is LIVE and supplying gas.  Turn the Gas on by turning the knob in the direction marked “On” on the brass knob. Turn it off when you leave.  Note it is a reverse thread so it turns the opposite way you would expect.

If the Gas runs out during your stay switch to the other cylinder by:

FIRST: close the valve on the current live cylinder  SECOND: Open the valve on the other cylinder.  Move the bungee to the new Live cylinder. Let me know so I can get a replacement

Please do not turn the yellow switch.

Electric

using Fusebox in main bedroom wardrobe. Use right most “MAIN SWITCH”   Up is on, down is off.

The Fridge

Plug in cupboard to left of Fridge. When you leave, please remove all food, wipe out the fridge and switch off at the plug and leave the door open.
